Each Crown Experience combines personalized treatments, soothing aromas, therapeutic techniques, scalp massage, and moments of uninterrupted rest to nurture your scalp, care for your hair, and restore your sense of well-being. Suitable for all hair textures. You may pair your Crown Experience with any of our natural hairstyling or braiding services for an additional cost.

POLICIES
Deposit
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment by bank transfer, with proof of payment submitted, or in person by cash. Appointments without a deposit by the required deadline will be cancelled.
Hair Preparation
Hair must be free of weaves, extensions, and braids to receive this service. Takedown services are available as an add-on. Severely tangled or matted hair may incur an additional detangling fee.
Service Restrictions
Crown Experience services are not available to clients who are pregnant or who have active scalp infections, open wounds, recent scalp surgery, severe seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis or eczema flare-ups, or epilepsy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Late or same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits may be transferred once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. After the first transfer, no further transfers will be allowed.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your service being shortened, modified, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.
